Abstract
Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006, health claims made on foods are prohibited unless they are authorized by the European Commission and included in a list of permitted claims. The health claims listed in the Annex to this Regulation shall not be included in that list. These claims concern certain nutrients or substances such as L-tyrosine, iron and Vitis vinifera L. seeds extract.
