Abstract
This Regulation lays down certain amendments to Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 183/2005, which lays down requirements for feed businesses other than at the level of primary production of feed. In particular the amendments concern approval of establishments placing on the market, for feed use, products derived from vegetable oils and blended fats and as regards the specific requirements for production, storage, transport and dioxin testing of oils, fats and products derived thereof. Annex II is supplemented by inserting a new section containing the definitions of batch, products derived from vegetable oils and fat blending. Further new provisions concern dioxin monitoring, storage and transport.
