Abstract
The present Regulation supplements Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008 by inserting new provisions concerning the use of Ethyl lauroyl arginate as a preservative in certain heat-treated meat products. The Annex to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 231/2012 is supplemented accordingly.
