Abstract
This Regulation updates Regulation (EEC) No. 2568/91 as regards the methods of analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of olive oils and olive-residue oils. It adds some provisions concerning the method for the determination of the content of waxes, fatty acid methyl esters and fatty acid ethyl esters by capillary gas chromatography.
