Abstract
This Regulation applies to aid granted to undertakings in the fishery and aquaculture sector (with the exceptions specified under article 1, paragraph 1). It lays down detailed rules concerning the application of articles 107 and 108 of the European Union Treaty as regards the functioning of the European Union “de minimis” aid in the fishery and aquaculture sector.
