Commission Regulation (EU) No. 841/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for sandeel and associated by-catches in EU waters of IIa, IIIa and IV and EU waters of sandeel management areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 excluding waters within six nautical miles of UK baselines at Shetland, Fair Isle and Foula, by vessels flying the flag of Germany.

The fishing quota allocated to Germany for sandeel and associated by-catches is hereby deemed to be exhausted from 7 August 2013. Therefore, fishing activities for that stock by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany is prohibited from that date. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
