Abstract
This Regulation amends Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008 and the Annex to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 231/2012 by removing montan acid esters (E 912) from the list of additives contained therein. The Regulation stipulates that foods containing montan acid esters (E 912) that have been lawfully placed on the market before its entry into force may continue to be marketed until stocks are exhausted.
