Abstract
The Council of the European Union hereby approves the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters concerning the provisional application of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea. Furthermore, this Decision provides for the allocation among Member States of the fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol to the Fisheries Partnership Agreement.
