Council Directive 75/155/EEC amending, for the third time, Council Directive No. 73/241/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to cocoa and chocolate products intended for human consumption.

Directive 73/241/EEC is hereby amended as follows: a subparagraph is added to article 3(1); article 6(1) is substituted; article 7(1) (e) is substituted; paragraph 2(a) is added to article 7. Further amendments are laid down to Annex I with respect to the different types of chocolate products and their respective contents and sale names.
