Abstract
In order to be admitted to intra-Community trade, fresh meat originating in third countries which contains skeletal muscles (striated muscles) shall be examined under the supervision and responsibility of an official veterinarian. The examination shall be carried out in accordance with one of the methods described in Annex I.
