Council Directive 83/635/EEC amending for the second time Directive 76/118/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption.

Directive 76/118/EEC is hereby amended as follows: paragraphs (e) and (f) are added to article 3 (2); article 3 (3) is deleted; article 7 is replaced by the provisions laid down in article 1 (3) of this Directive; article 7a shall be inserted. The amendments and addenda hereby laid down concern the designations under which the products shall be placed on the market and the particulars which shall appear on the packages, the containers or labels.
