Abstract
This Regulation amends and supplements Regulation 2341/2002/EC which fixes for 2003 the fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks. The paragraph laid down in article 1 (1) hereto shall be added to article 3 of Regulation 2341/2002/EC. On the basis of this new provision, the Commission shall fix the fishing opportunities for capelin in zones V, XIV (Greenland waters) available to the Community equal to seventy percent of Greenland share of the capelin total allowable catch as soon as the total allowable catch has been established. Moreover, Annexes IA, IB, IC, ID, IE and VI to Regulation 2341/2002/EC are amended in accordance with Annexes I to VI hereto.
