Abstract
This Regulation replaces articles 2 (5) and 6 of Regulation (EC) No. 639/2004 on the management of fishing fleets registered in the European Community outermost regions. Article 2 (5) deals with fleet renewal and mdoernization, whereas article 6 concerns the duty of the Commission to submit to the European Parliament and the Council a report on the implementation of the Regulation above-mentioned.
