Abstract
Particular amendments are hereby laid down to the following Annexes to Regulation (EC) No. 27/2005: (I) Annex IA concerning fishing opportunities applicable to Community fishing vessels in the Baltic Sea; (II) Annex IB concerning fishing opportunities applicable to Community fishing vessels in Skagerrak, Kattegat, North Sea and Western Community waters; (III) Annex III laying down technical and control measures. New provisions applicable to vessels engaged in illegal, unreported and unregulated fisheries are added.
