Abstract
This Regulation fixes fishing opportunities for 2009 for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks in the Baltic Sea and the associated conditions under which such fishing opportunities may be used by European Community fishing vessels. Such conditions include catch limits and allocations and provisions on by-catches.
