Council Regulation (EC) No. 1368/2006 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1035/2001 establishing a catch documentation scheme for Dissostichus spp.

Amendments and addenda are hereby laid down to Regulation (EC) No. 1035/2001 establishing a catch documentation scheme for Dissostichus spp. According to new article 4, Member States shall require, as a condition of a licence or a permit authorizing a vessel to harvest Dissostichus spp., that the vessel only land catches in States which are Contracting Parties to Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources or which otherwise apply the catch documentation scheme. Annexes I, II and III are replaced by the text in the Annex to the present Regulation.
