Council Regulation (EC) No. 491/2009 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation).

These provisions lay down several amendments and addenda to Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007, which sets out a common organization of agricultural markets of products such as cereals, rice, sugar, fruit and vegetables, wine, live plants and products of floriculture, milk and milk products, pig meat, sheep meat, goat meat and poultry meat. New provisions are added with respect to production potential in the wine sector, with specific regard to planting rights and support programmes.
