Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3760/92 establishing a Community system for fisheries and aquaculture.

This Regulation establishes a Community system for the management of exploitation activities that must enable a balance to be achieved between resources and exploitation in the various fishing areas. In order to ensure sustainable development, it also establishes a framework for the regulation of access, management and monitoring of exploitation activities, as well as the requisite means and procedures. It consists of 21 articles divided into 3 Titles: Rules of access to waters and resources (I); Management and monitoring of fishing activity (II); General provisions (III).
