Abstract
This Regulation amends Regulations (EU) No 43/2014 and (EU) 2015/104 as regards certain fishing opportunities. Firstly the scope of Regulation (EU) 2015/104 is widened by including recreational fisheries. New article 11a on recreational sea bass fisheries in the north-east Atlantic is inserted. Further amdendments refer to conditions for landing catches and by-catches. Lastly, Annex IA to Regulation (EU) No 43/2014 is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation.
