Abstract
This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities by European Union fishing vessels flying the flag of Bulgaria and of Romania for 2017 for certain fish stocks (turbot and sprat) in the Black Sea. The European Union autonomous quotas for European Union fishing vessels, the allocation of such quotas among Member States, and the conditions functionally linked thereto, where appropriate, are set out in the Annex.
