Abstract
This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities by European Union fishing vessels flying the flag of Bulgaria and of Romania for 2018 for the following fish stocks in the Black Sea: (a) turbot (Psetta maxima); (b) sprat (Sprattus sprattus).
