Abstract
This Regulation lays down fishing opportunities established under the Protocol and allocates them among the Member States under the categories according to species and fishing gears. During the period of application of the Protocol, the Member States listed in category 6 shall have quarterly licences for pelagic freezer trawlers of specified numbers.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from 15 November 2021 (date of signature of the Protocol).
