Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in the Regulation (EU) 2023/194 by deleting Article 7 on the application of provisional Total Allowable Catches 1 January to 31 March 2023 and deleting paragraph 2 of Article 34 on fishing effort limit for pelagic fisheries. Furthermore, Annexes IA, IB, ID, IH, IJ and VI are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2023, except for the provisions concerning capelin (Mallotus villosus) in Greenland waters of ICES subareas 5 and 14, which shall apply from 15 October 2022to 15 April 2023.
