Abstract
This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks in the Baltic Sea for 2014. It applies to European Union vessels operating in the Baltic Sea. In particular the Regulation sets forth the Total Allowable Catches, the quotas and the conditions functionally linked thereto (Annex I) as well as related fishing effort limits (Annex II).
