Abstract
By virtue of this Regulation the Council of the European Union provides for the allocation among certain Member States (France, Italy, Portugal and Spain) of the fishing opportunities set out under the Protocol concluded between the Republic of Madagascar and the European Community, in the framework of their Fisheries Partnership Agreement.
