Abstract
By virtue of this Protocol Guinea Bissau and the European Union set out implementing provisions concerning their Fisheries Partnership Agreement, in relation to the period 2019-2024. These implementing rules establish fishing opportunities and regulate financial contribution. Provisions on scientific cooperation to ensure responsible fishing, fishing authorizations, catch reporting, landings and transhipments are also laid down.
