Abstract
This Protocol has been adopted by the Contracting Parties in order to amend particular provisions contained in the fourth Protocol laying down the conditions relating to fishing, which shall apply to fishing activities from 1 January 2001 to 31 December 2006. The quotas and the financial compensation provided for in the Protocol are hereby modified.
