Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.

This Protocol establishes, for a period of three years, the fishing opportunities granted to vessels of the European Union under article 5 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau. Such fishing opportunities cover crustaceans and demersal species, as well as highly migratory species. Further the Protocol lays down the conditions governing fishing activities in the Guinea-Bissau fishing zone, namely rules on fishing authorizations, catch reporting, landings and transshipments, the Satellite-based vessel monitoring system, and observers.
