Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.

This Protocol specifies, for a period of three years, the fishing opportunities granted to vessels of the European Union under article 5 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement. These fishing opportunities concern crustaceans and demersal species, as well as highly migratory species. The financial contribution and related methods of payment are established too. The Annex attached to the Protocol sets out conditions governing fishing activities (conditions for obtaining a fishing authorization, inspection, catch reporting, landings and transshipments, satellite-based vessel monitoring system, observers and infringements).
