Abstract
The total financial compensation shall be ECU 26.000.000, to be paid, for the period 1 August 1993 to 31 July 1996, in three annual instalments. The use to which this compensation is destined shall be the sole responsibility of Mauritania. The Protocol is followed by an Annex concerning the conditions for the exercise of fishing activites by Community vessels in Mauritania's fishing zone.
