Abstract
This Protocol sets out the fishing opportunities granted under Article 5 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement for a period of three years. The Protocol establishes the related financial contribution and methods of payment. The Annex attached lays down managemetn measures concernign the application and issue of fishing authorizations, fishing zones, monitoring, observers and port equipment.

This Protocol entered into force on 11 November 2011.
Notes
On 13 July 2011, the European Union notified the Republic of Seychelles of the completion by the Council, on behalf of the European Union, of the procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Protocol. Likewise, the Republic of Seychelles notified on 11 November 2011 the European Union of the completion of its conclusion procedures.
