Abstract
This Regulation lays down particular amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1655/2000, under which the Financial Instrument for the Environment was established. The amendments concern the three thematic components LIFE-nature, LIFE-environment as well as LIFE-third countries. Further amendments are laid down to provisions dealing with consistency between financial instruments and monitoring of projects.
