Abstract
This Regulation sets up the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators, which shall assist the regulatory authorities in the field of the internal market in electricity and natural gas. The Regulation defines the tasks of the Agency, which include monitoring and reporting on the electricity and natural gas sectors.
