Abstract
This Regulation sets out quality standards applicable to fresh cut flowers and flower buds of a kind suitable for bouquets or for ornamental purposes and to fresh ornamental foliage, leaves, branches and other parts of plants. Such products may not be imported, exported or placed on the market unless they comply with the standards established by these provisions.
