Abstract
This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 768/2005, which established the Community Fisheries Control Agency. This agency is hereinafter named “European Fisheries Control Agency”. Further amendments concern cooperation with the European Border and Coast Guard Agency. New article 7a (relating to European cooperation on coast guard functions) is inserted.
