Abstract
The present Regulation lays down some amendments to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1217/2009. Firstly it replaces its title, which hereinafter shall be “Council Regulation (EC) No. 1217/2009 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Union”. Further amendments concern the publication of reports elaborated by the European Commission on the basis of the data obtained through the network; these reports shall be made available to the public on a dedicated website.
