Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Liberia on forest law enforcement, governance and trade in timber products to the European Union.

The objective of this Agreement is to provide a legal framework aimed at ensuring that all imports into the European Union from Liberia of timber products have been legally produced and, thereby, to promote trade in timber products. To this end the Parties establish a Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade Licensing Scheme.
