Abstract
The provisions contained in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, done at Washington on March 3, 1973, are, to the extent that they fall within the scope of legislation, valid as agreed upon. More detailed regulations on the implementation of this law are issued by decree.
