Abstract
The scope of the principal Act is amended so as to take into account European Community law on State aid (sect. 1). Other amendments concern, inter alia, requisites for persons who may receive support (sect. 3), the sale price of land terms of loans financed from the Agricultural Development Fund (sects. 21 and 22 respectively), and the use of money from the Agricultural Development Fund (sect. 30). Two new sections concerning financial support for projects that promote reindeer management are added. Such projects shall be in conformity with Regional Development Plans (sects. 29a and 29b).
