Act to amend section 7 of the Act relative to procedures of environmental impact assessment of public plans and programmes (No. 277 of 2011).

This Act amends the Act relative to procedures of environmental impact assessment of public plans and programmes in section 7 on the application sphere of the principal Act and the relationship with other legislation, notably the Land Use and Building Act (132/1999) and the Act on Water Conservation and Marine Management (1299/2004). Provisions for the environmental impact assessment to be made in the preparation of water resources management plans and the marine management plan and associated action programs are contained in the latter Act.
