Act to amend the Water Act (No. 1015 of 1993).

The amendments to the principal Act concern mainly provisions of Chapter 15 relative to the Water Courts. One amendment concerns the local Environment Offices in relation with matters concerning the Water Courts. Amended sections of Chapter 15 provide for: procedures for administrative tasks of the Water Court (sect. 2); bringing an action and other procedures before Court (sects. 34-49); and assistance and enforcement measures in accordance with Chapter 21 (sect. 50). Amendments of Chapter 17 concern the modification of applications and requests (sects. 1 and 2 of Chapter 17).
