Abstract
The principal Act is amended by provisions of this Act with respect to matters concerning the powers of municipal authorities competent in environment protection matters. Section 1 of Chapter 20 states that for purposes of the Act or any regulation based on the Act as municipal environment protection authorities shall be understood those authorities as indicated in the Act relative to municipal environment protection administration (No. 64/86).
