Abstract
This Act introduces amendments to sections of the principal Act that provide for procedures of actions brought before the Water Court and appeal against decisions of Water Courts with the Supreme Water Court. Section 23 of Chapter 15 provides that the provisions of the Administrative Appeal Act (586/96) shall apply to proceedings before the Water Court and the Supreme Water Court. Section 49 of Chapter 16 provides for appeal with the Water Court against decisions of the Local Environment Protection Offices.
