Abstract
The amendments to the principal Act concern exclusively the boards of associations for the floating of timber. A member of a board shall be a citizen of one of the member countries of the EEA Agreement (sect. 53 of Chapter 5). The other provisions concern tasks of the board that shall be delegated to the floating operations chief and other functionaries of the association.
