Abstract
The definition of the scope of the principal Act is amended so as to take into account rules of the European Communities concerning State aid (sect. 1). Other amendments of the Act concern, inter alia, requirements of persons who may receive support (sect. 4), the sale price of land (sect. 28), terms of loans financed out of the Agricultural Development Fund (sect. 29), contributions to the construction of waterworks (sect. 34) and the use of moneys from the Agricultural Development Fund (sect. 36).
