Act amending section 69 of the Nuclear Energy Act (No. 725 of 2008).

This Act amends the Nuclear Energy Act on reference penalties. The penalty for offenses relating to the acquisition, possession or manufacture of materials, devices, formulas or drawings for the manufacture of a nuclear explosive device related to nuclear explosive offenses can found in Chapter 34. § 9 of the Criminal Code.
