Abstract
This Act amend the Fishing Act of 2015 in sections 124 and 125 concern appeal against decisions of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment and appeal against decisions of fishing area councils. Appeal shall be had through specified administrative courts in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
