Abstract
This Act amends the Water Act in Chapter 5 in provisions on ditch drainage projects and and ownership rights and in Chapter 17 on procedures regarding ownership of real property in relation with water management projects. This concerns Ägoreglering, a kind of land consolidation for farms.
