Act on the implementation of certain European Union agricultural supports and certain national agricultural supports (No. 1334 of 2022).

The present Act applies to the implementation of the supports referred to in the Act on European Union Direct Support to Farmers (1332/2022), the supports referred to in the Act on National Support for Agriculture and Horticulture (1559/2001), and matters concerning the supports referred to in the Act on Certain Compensations for Rural Development (1333/2022). The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall be responsible for the general governance and development of the administration of agricultural supports. It shall also be responsable for preparing various support systems and Finland's strategic plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023–2027, planning the use of funds, as well as monitoring the implementation and effects of the strategic plan. Responsibilities are also established for the Finnish Food Safety Authority; Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment; and others.

Processing of applications and decision-making; 5. Administrative control and monitoring; 6. Supervision; 7. Reduction of support, compensations and penalties; 8. Recovery of support; 9. Implementation of advisory services for agriculture; 10. Special provisions; and 11. Entry into force and ransitional provisions.
