Act on information concerning public entities' food administration (No. 560 of 2021).

The present Act lays down rules concerning the information that shall be recorded in relation to measures implemented under the European Union's common agricultural policy and rural development measures financed by the European Union, as well as national measures concerning the safety and quality of foodstuffs, animal health and welfare, and others. The Act regulates matters such as the type information that shall be recorded; the responsibility for the registers; disclosure of different types of information; exchange of information between state authorities; etc.
